• Vendor Liaison 4 Weeks Prior to Event

• Create Wedding Program Timeline

• One Final Planning Meeting with Your Coordinator

• 1.5 Hour On-site Rehearsal

• Event Day Coordination per Timeline

• Oversee Set-up & Breakdown of Ceremony & Reception Sites, Down the Aisle, Grand Entrance & Grand Exit

• Placement of Event Items

• Ceremony Music Tracks and Reception Music Track (main entrance)

• Distribution of Final Payments & Gratuities for Vendors on Event Day

• Collection of Personal Items at end of Event
